Yes, you can add up to 4 VIP packages per show to your cart. Each VIP package is for one guest, and each guest must have their own separate concert ticket.
Can you buy for more than one show at once? If so, how many shows, and is there a maximum?
Yes, you can purchase VIP packages for multiple shows in a single order, with a limit of 4 packages per city.
Does the credit card have to match the name of the ticket holder?
If you are using a VIP package purchased under another name, please bring a copy of the purchaser’s ID, the order confirmation email, and the itinerary to VIP check-in.
How can you choose which currency to see my pricing in?

does the person who bought the tickets also need to be the one to buy the VIP upgrades?
No. VIP upgrades can be purchased separately, but the VIP purchaser must have a valid concert ticket for the same show.
how will the VIP site know if a fan has purchased a regular ticket or not?
a valid ticket to the show is required for access. Fans will need to present their concert ticket at check-in.
How do I purchase VIP in Antwerp?
VIP upgrades for Antwerp will be available for purchase directly on Lotto Arena’s website. You’ll be redirected to their page to complete your purchase.
Can I buy VIP if my tickets are in different sections or locations?
Yes. VIP upgrades are not tied to seat location and can be purchased with any valid concert ticket.
How many VIP upgrades can I buy?
Each VIP upgrade is valid for one (1) person and must be paired with one (1) concert ticket.
What VIP packages are available for The Locket Tour?
Two VIP upgrades are available: For the Night: Q&A Experience and Angel Wings: Early Entry & Merch Package. Both are VIP upgrades and require a separate concert ticket for entry.
Is payment only available via credit card or what methods of payment will be accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.We also support digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay (where available).
If I get a VIP package in my cart, will it hold in my cart for a certain amount of time,

Adding a VIP package to your cart does not reserve it. VIP packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once checkout is fully completed and payment is confirmed. We recommend completing checkout promptly, as items may sell out while in your cart.

Does either VIP package include a meet & greet with Madison?
No. Neither VIP package includes a meet & greet or individual photo opportunity with Madison Beer.
How does the Q&A experience work and how are questions selected?
During the Q&A experience, Madison will answer a selection of fan-submitted questions. Questions will be solicited closer to show date from fans and will be selected by madison's team. Submission does not guarantee your question will be chosen.
Are photos or videos allowed during the VIP experiences?
Photography and video policies will be communicated on-site and may vary by venue. In general, no professional photography or recording devices are permitted during the Q&A experience. Please follow instructions given at time of event.
Where is VIP check-in located at the venue?
check in location will vary from venue to venue. exact check in location will be included in the show specific itinerary sent out ahead of the show date.
When will I receive my VIP details?
VIP details will be emailed to you and will include the check-in time and location for your specific show date. These details are typically sent about three days before the event. If you have not received your VIP information at least two days before your show, please contact info@237global.com for assistance.
Where do I pick up the merchandise included in my package?
VIP merchandise will be distributed on-site at VIP check-in. Merchandise is not shipped in advance. we are unable to ship merchandise after the show.
What do I need to bring to VIP check-in?
Please bring:
A valid photo ID
Your ticket confirmation
Your VIP confirmation email
The name on the VIP order must match the photo ID.
What time does VIP check-in begin?
VIP check-in times vary by venue and will be emailed in advance. Please arrive on time, as late arrival may result in missing portions of the VIP experience.
What happens if I arrive late to VIP check-in?
Late arrivals are not guaranteed access to the full VIP experience. Some elements (including early entry or Q&A access) may be forfeited if you arrive after check-in has closed.
Will I have to leave the venue after my VIP experience?
In most cases, guests will remain inside the venue after completing their VIP experience. In some venues, exiting may be required due to timing or venue policies. If re-entry is required, VIP guests will be given priority re-entry before general admission.
Is my VIP package transferable?
Yes, VIP packages may be used by someone other than the original purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, you must bring a photo or copy of the purchaser’s photo ID to VIP check-in, along with the VIP itinerary email. The itinerary will be sent to the original purchaser’s email address approximately three days before the event, so please be sure it is forwarded to you in advance.

Is there an age requirement for VIP packages?
Age requirements vary by venue. Minors may need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please check your venue’s policy before purchasing.
Is ADA access available for VIP guests?
Yes. ADA accommodations are available. Please contact info@237global.com in advance so arrangements can be made prior to the show.
If a friend purchased my concert ticket, can I still buy VIP on my own account?
Yes. As long as you have access to a valid ticket for the show, you may purchase VIP separately on your own account.
